Troy Marshall brings disruptive depth to Murray State’s defensive front
In the 2025 season, Troy Marshall showed real down-to-down value for Murray State, finishing with 20 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles, which points to a defensive lineman who can create negative plays and pressure the pocket.[2] His best fit is a team that wants active, physical line play from the interior or edge, because those splash-play numbers suggest an instinctive, high-effort defender rather than just a space-eater.[2]
