Colby Lange brings safety depth and special-teams grit to Sam Houston
Colby Lange is a 6-foot, 198-pound sophomore safety for Sam Houston whose value starts with versatility and a blue-collar edge rather than headline-grabbing stats. His roster profile shows a player built to handle the physical side of the secondary, and his past as a backup safety and special-teams contributor suggests he’s the kind of reliable, assignment-sound defender coaches trust. If your team wants a tough, steady, developmental DB who can grow into more responsibility, Lange fits the profile.
