Joe Beckett brings veteran Wofford linebacker production and pro-ready frame
Beckett profiles as a sturdy, experienced **linebacker** with proven production: Wofford lists him at **183 career tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, and 28 starts in 53 games**, while CFL reporting noted he led the Terriers with **80 tackles in his senior season of 2021**.[4][1] At roughly **6-foot-2 to 6-foot-4 and 237-240 pounds**, he brings the kind of physical, downhill presence teams value in the middle of a defense.[3][1][6] His appeal is consistency, toughness, and special-teams/coverage depth rather than flashy stats.[1][4]
