Colgate’s Ball-Hawking DB Brings Production and Playmaking
Cortney Mimms has been a productive, disruptive defensive back for Colgate, posting 74 tackles, 1 interception, 5 pass breakups, 1 fumble recovery, and 2 tackles for loss, which points to a player who finds the ball and finishes plays. His profile suggests a steady, assignment-sound defender with enough range and competitiveness to make impact snaps in coverage and run support. If your team values reliability, physicality, and turnover potential over flash, Mimms looks like a strong fit.
