veteran Bearkats forward with size, experience, and glue-girl value
Alyvia Essex is a 5-foot-11 forward whose value is in veteran presence, physicality, and steady frontline minutes for Sam Houston. Publicly available team pages confirm her as a Bearkats post player, but current 2026 season stat lines were not accessible here, so the cleanest read is that she profiles as an experienced, low-drama fit for a team needing toughness, rebounding, and interior depth. If your team wants a hard-nosed forward who can do the dirty work and keep possessions alive, she’s the kind of piece coaches love.
