Maurice Mack brings compact, senior savvy to Kansas State’s linebacker room
Maurice Mack is a 2026 Kansas State senior linebacker listed at 5-10, 215 pounds, with a home-state background from Olathe North, which gives him extra familiarity with the program’s culture and expectations[1]. His best sell is likely reliability and toughness: a shorter, denser frame can translate into low-center leverage, quick trigger play, and physical run defense, traits K-State fans tend to appreciate in an old-school LB. With no widely visible stat line in the available roster data, the real question is role fit—he looks like a depth-and-discipline defender who can help if your team wants a rugged, mature, culture-first piece[1][2].
