Brock Lucas brings SEC-tested arm and innings-eater profile to Missouri State
In the 2026 season, Brock Lucas gave Missouri State a durable right-handed starter’s look: 64.2 innings over 19 appearances and nine starts, with 56 strikeouts and a 6.98 strikeout rate per nine across a team-high workload profile. His calling card is size, strike-throwing experience, and the ability to miss bats when he’s in rhythm; his best season came in 2024, when he posted a 4-0 record, 3.63 ERA, and two saves in 39.2 innings. He’s a proven SEC transfer with value, but the main question for a fit is whether you want a competitive power arm who can soak up innings and stabilize a staff.
