Georgia Tech’s long, disruptive edge-setter who became a clutch playmaker
In the 2016 season, Patrick Gamble emerged as a dependable, high-motor defensive lineman for Georgia Tech, earning All-ACC honorable mention after a productive senior year; earlier in his career he posted 25 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss in the 2014 season. He stood out for his 6-foot-5 length, timing, and knack for impact moments, including the blocked kick that helped seal Georgia Tech’s upset of Florida State. The best fit? A defense that values discipline, effort, and a player who can flash in big spots without needing the spotlight.
