LeQuince McCall brings size and proven production to the EIU defense
McCall is a **6-foot-1, 220-pound senior linebacker** at Eastern Illinois who showed dependable availability and tackling volume in 2024, playing all 14 games and recording **55 tackles, 43 solo**, to rank sixth on the team.[3][6] What makes him interesting is the combination of physicality, experience, and a steady role in the rotation—he looks like a linebacker who can fit a defense that values toughness, pursuit, and reliability more than flash.[3][6]
