Lamesha Deal brings All-Conference-level production and interior toughness
Deal has a track record of being a high-impact guard who stuffs the box score, highlighted by her 2013-14 CIAA Player of the Year season at Virginia State, when she led the conference in rebounds and ranked among the league leaders in scoring, blocks, and free throws. Her value is more than points: she plays with a double-double mentality, attacks the glass hard, and gives a team toughness and versatility that doesn’t always show up in basic guard stats. If you need a guard who competes, rebounds, and impacts winning on both ends, she fits.
