Mia Morera brings power, speed and dependable defense for NIU
Morera is an intriguing UTL for Northern Illinois because she impacts games in multiple ways: she delivered a pair of home runs against Bradley and a 4-RBI homer against Kent State in 2026, showing legitimate middle-order pop with run-producing upside. She also fits as a versatile fit because her background and usage point to multi-position value, while her high-school track record showed strong on-base skills and solid defense. If you want a player who can change a game with one swing and provide roster flexibility, Morera is a worthwhile target.
