small guard, steady role player with efficient flashes for Millsaps
In the 2025-26 season, Millsaps guard Ben Simms appeared in four games and posted 3 rebounds and 1 assist, a tiny sample but one that points to a low-usage, do-his-job contributor rather than a volume scorer. At 5-foot-10 and 155 pounds, he brings quickness and guard depth, and his high-school resume — including a 4A Area 7 All-Area nod and a state playoff run — suggests competitive edge. He looks like a fit for teams needing energy, toughness, and a smart rotation piece, not a centerpiece.
