steady, low-mistake guard with proven floor-spacing upside
Seltzer has been a consistency piece for Portland, having played every game of her career and previously leading the WCC in assist-to-turnover ratio while also topping the Pilots in assists, made threes, and minutes in a season. That profile matters: she is the kind of guard who can organize an offense, protect possessions, and stretch the floor without needing the ball to dominate. The main differentiator is reliability—she brings veteran poise, defensive steadiness, and a passer’s feel that can fit well next to higher-usage scorers.
