Permian Star Turned CSU Ram RB (Class of 2012)
Tommey Morris, a versatile 6-0, 205-lb athlete from Odessa Permian High, committed to Colorado State Rams in January 2012 as a 2-star recruit (247Sports rating 76, No. 179 national ATH, No. 335 in Texas); his high school stats shine on MaxPreps, fueling a gritty, multi-positional game ideal for RB depth. With 2012 college game logs on ESPN showing early promise, Morris's Permian toughness and work ethic make him a reliable, high-motor fit for teams needing intense, adaptable backs—though now well into post-college career by 2026, he's a nostalgic gem for Rams faithful.
