Maria Kealy is Quinnipiac’s steady, pass-first guard with Irish national-team pedigree
Kealy profiles as a reliable floor general rather than a volume scorer: in 2023-24 she started 15 games for Quinnipiac and averaged 4.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 27.2 minutes, then earned 2025 MAAC All-Academic honors while seeing a reduced role in 2024-25.[4] Her biggest differentiators are feel and facilitation—she has shown strong playmaking for Ireland in FIBA play, including 7.4 assists per game at the 2022 U18 European Championship, and she brings toughness, intelligence and team-first habits that fit a structured program.[12][16][18]
