experienced Louisiana safety with special-teams roots
Guilbeaux is a veteran Louisiana defensive back whose value comes more from reliability, football IQ, and special-teams grit than from eye-popping stat lines. The official roster and archived team materials show him as a free safety for Louisiana, and older program notes list him as a 5-foot-9, 167-pound player who earned snaps on special teams rather than as a headline-grabbing box-score star. If a team wants a steady, assignment-sound defensive back who plays with a scrappy, blue-collar edge, Guilbeaux fits that mold.
