Lafayette’s polished junior right-hander brings rotation upside
In the 2026 season, Jack Dawson is listed as a junior RHP for Lafayette at 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, and he was brought in to bolster the Leopard rotation after signing with a resume that included a 2-1 record, 20.2 innings, a 1.35 ERA, and 29 strikeouts in 2022. He looks like a strike-throwing, pitchability arm with real bat-missing ability, and the extra year of college development suggests he could be a dependable fit for a staff that values poise and efficiency over pure flash.
