Kevin Berthey brings length, experience, and DB versatility to Jackson State
Kevin Berthey is a long, experienced defensive back for Jackson State, listed at 6-foot-1/6-foot-2 and around 190 pounds in roster and bio data, which gives him the frame to match up physically on the edge and in coverage. His profile has been tied to multiple seasons in the program, so the appeal is not just upside—it is familiarity, maturity, and plug-and-play depth in the secondary. If a staff wants a DB with size, experience, and a steady, no-drama fit, he’s a sensible option.
