Memphis guard Kalara McFadyen is a rare playmaking disruptor with historic two-way impact
McFadyen stands out as a high-IQ guard whose defining trait is impact beyond scoring: Memphis credits her with a rare triple-double featuring 10 rebounds, 12 assists and 10 steals against Southern Miss on Feb. 3, 2002, and the Tigers’ record book still spotlights that all-around production. For a team, that profile suggests a floor-raising, defense-first connector who can create possessions, pressure the ball and organize offense—exactly the kind of guard who fits if you want toughness, passing and disruptive instincts more than pure shot volume.
