Ray Chen brings veteran poise and efficient guard play to Liberty
Ray Chen is a **seasoned, low-usage guard** whose calling card is efficient shot-making, steady decision-making, and veteran composure; in Liberty’s 2016-17 season he played all 35 games and averaged 1.7 points in 7.1 minutes, with a career-high 14 points against UNCG. He’s a fit if you want maturity, reliability, and a guard who can keep an offense organized, though he was more of a role player than a high-volume producer in college, so his value is in stability and professionalism more than big-box-score numbers.[4][5][7]
