Temple DB Will Hayes brings veteran toughness and steady tackling
Will Hayes is a **redshirt senior** defensive back for Temple who has grown into a starting safety and dependable, high-effort contributor, with 15 tackles in a 10-game season and a career-high 10-tackle performance showing he can flash as a physical, assignment-sound presence. He is not yet a big turnover or pass-breakup producer, but his value is in consistency, special-teams toughness, and the kind of senior reliability coaches trust when they need a DB who will play hard, stay disciplined, and help stabilize the secondary.
