Arnold Henry brings rugged frontcourt rebound-and-rim-protection value for North Florida
In the 2006-07 season, Henry gave North Florida a steady interior presence, averaging 4.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 20.4 minutes while ranking third on the team in rebounding and second in blocks; his best value was his physical, blue-collar work at center, not scoring flash. He did have efficiency limits, shooting 41.3% from the field and 43.1% at the line, so he profiles more as a defensive/rebounding fit than a featured offensive option. That makes him a useful complement if your team needs toughness, screen-setting and paint defense.[1][2]
