Terrell Burt brings Baylor a quiet, physical safety with proven playmaking upside
Burt was a tough, quiet leader for Baylor’s defense, starting 28 of 49 career games and producing 135 tackles, 3 interceptions, 11 pass breakups, and a memorable 62-yard blocked-field-goal return touchdown against Texas. His value goes beyond box-score production: he played with speed and range, had enough burst to show up on special teams, and earned a reputation as a dependable, no-drama defender. If you want a safety who can tackle, communicate, and chip in as a hidden-playmaker, Burt fits that mold.
