WVU’s veteran guard with Fresno roots and a playmaker’s profile
Vanessa House is a 5-foot-7 guard from Fresno who brings a proven point-guard background, having starred at Fresno City College before moving on to West Virginia and later building a pro career overseas.[1][3][4] Her differentiators are floor leadership, ball pressure, and all-around guard skills — at Fresno City she averaged 14.6 points, 5.9 assists, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.8 steals per game, hinting at a disruptive, high-motor style that can help a team stabilize possession and create energy on both ends.[1] She looks like a good fit for teams that value veteran competitiveness, toughness, and backcourt control more than pure size.
