Josh Bloom Brings Proven Interior Disruption to ACU’s Defensive Front
Josh Bloom is a difference-maker at **defensive tackle** for Abilene Christian, with a track record of producing behind the line and creating hidden-value plays like blocked kicks. In his season listed by Abilene Christian, he started all 11 games and posted **24 tackles**, **five tackles for loss**, and **13 solo tackles**, signaling a disruptive, assignment-disciplined interior presence[5]. His differentiator is impact, not flash: Bloom adds toughness, special-teams value, and proven game-changing instincts that can raise a defense’s floor even when the box score is quiet[3][5].
