the steady Radford floor-general who keeps the offense humming
In the 2024-25 season, Danielle Montelbano was a reliable backcourt connector for Radford, appearing in all 33 games, making 11 starts, averaging 25.7 minutes, and finishing with 69 assists and 183 points (5.5 per game). She’s the kind of guard coaches love: poised, team-first, and productive without needing to dominate the ball, with a strong assist track record dating back to a 61-assist season. Her value shows up in pace control, setup work, and stretch-by-stretch steadiness rather than flashy volume scoring—ideal if a team wants a dependable, experienced guard who makes everyone around her better.
