Big-bodied, press-man corner who quietly shut down Pac-12 receivers
Ro Torrence stood out at Arizona State as a physical 6-foot-3 DB who played boundary corner with real man-coverage value: in 2023, he led the Sun Devils with eight pass breakups, added 36 tackles, and allowed just 20 catches for 225 yards in coverage, one of the best marks among Pac-12 corners. He also fits teams looking for toughness and versatility, with experience as a starter and a track record of contributing in both coverage and run support. The main question is not talent, but consistency and playmaking volume versus elite competition.
