Presbyterian LB Joe Wideman: dependable Blue Hose tackler with academic grit
Joe Wideman stands out as a Blue Hose linebacker whose value goes beyond raw stats: Presbyterian’s 2012 notes listed him among the team’s returners in tackle production, and a team feature highlighted him as the player who took the LSAT before suiting up, signaling uncommon discipline, toughness, and time management.[1][6] At 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds, he profiles as a lean, intelligent, and reliable linebacker who can fit well in systems that prize preparation, accountability, and steady effort.[3]
