Utah State’s old-school edge piece with a niche role
Scott Goss is listed as a Utah State football player, but the available public info is thin and does not show meaningful 2026 stat production, so the safest read is that he profiles more as a depth, role-specific FB/utility piece than a headline-grabber[1][5]. The differentiator here is likely fit: a true fullback-type body and assignment-first value can help in short-yardage, lead-blocking, and special packages even when the box score stays quiet[1][5]. If your team wants a physical, low-drama glue guy, he’s the kind of player worth a closer look.
