veteran UNLV forward known for hustle, versatility, and board work
Sheppard is a proven role player for UNLV, with a history of contributing across the stat sheet through rebounds, assists, and defensive activity rather than high-volume scoring. In the 2016-17 season, she appeared in 32 of 33 games, showing reliability and lineup flexibility, and her numbers point to a blue-collar forward who helps teams with effort, positioning, and physicality. That profile makes her a fit for coaches who value toughness, depth, and low-maintenance production over spotlight usage.
