Jalon Sheffield brings veteran depth and trench toughness to Grambling State
Jalon Sheffield is a proven, experienced defensive lineman at Grambling State, with ESPN listing him as a Tigers DL and career production that includes 21 tackles and 1 forced fumble over his college career; in 2022, he posted 11 tackles (3 solo, 8 assisted). His value is less about flashy box-score chaos and more about steady, physical line play, positional versatility, and veteran know-how from a long college journey that began at South Alabama before he joined Grambling in 2020. If you want a reliable interior body who understands the grind and can stabilize a front, he fits the bill.
