Jaylon Pitts brings steady, veteran DB depth to Alcorn State
Jaylon Pitts is a 6-foot, 195-pound defensive back for Alcorn State with veteran experience and a steady, physical profile that fits a defense needing dependable tacklers and assignment-sound coverage. In the 2021 season, he appeared in 5 games and recorded 4 total tackles, which points to a role player who can contribute without needing the ball to find him. His best selling points are size, continuity, and the kind of low-drama reliability coaches love in the secondary.
