In the 2025-26 season, Sterling McClanahan emerged as an All-CCAA Second Team guard and UC Merced’s offensive engine, averaging 16.9 points per game while ranking among the conference leaders in scoring, threes, and free throw accuracy. He also authored a signature February stretch with back-to-back 30-point games, including a 34-point explosion on blistering efficiency. Why care?
