Duquesne LB with Elite Intensity and Senior-Ready Physicality
John Simmons, a 6'1", 215-lb linebacker for the Duquesne Dukes, stands out not for stats (unavailable for 2007) but for his relentless intensity, senior-level physical maturity, and a personality that elevates team defense. As a 2006 Senior LB, he brings 48 career tackles and 11 tackles for loss, showcasing a differentiator in playmaking under pressure. His injury history is clean, and his on-field presence is marked by fierce competitiveness—making him a perfect fit for teams needing a high-intensity, reliable LB who thrives in critical moments. Care about Simmons because he’s the glue defender who doesn’t just stop plays; he ends them.
