Weston Kramer brings veteran, plug-and-play strength to Indiana’s defensive front
In the 2021 season, Weston Kramer gave Indiana an immediate interior presence after transferring from Northern Illinois, where he had already logged 45 games, 30 starts, 97 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and 12.5 tackles for loss. He’s the kind of old-school DL fit coaches love: sturdy at 6-foot-2 and 290 pounds, technically sound, and experienced enough to handle grown-man football right away. Reports from Indiana also highlighted his impact and reliability, including a second-team All-MAC nod in 2020 and a Defensive Newcomer of the Year mention in his lone Hoosiers season.
