Xander Chisolm brings size, versatility, and special-teams grit to the secondary
Chisolm is a 6-foot-2 safety who has flashed playmaking ability and toughness, with Sacramento State listing him as a redshirt freshman in 2024 after he redshirted in 2023 and was limited by a knee injury in 2024. His upside comes from versatility—he played safety, wide receiver, and quarterback in high school—and from real defensive production at Fullerton College in 2025, when he posted 40 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 interception, and 7 pass breakups. If you want a rangy defensive back with some juice, athletic background, and room to keep ascending, he’s worth a look.
