Emma Roberson brings clutch defense and timely offense for Winthrop
Roberson, a senior outfielder for Winthrop, has shown value as a dependable all-around piece rather than a pure stat-stuffer: she posted career highs in runs and hits in Winthrop’s 2025 opener, contributed in a 2026 extra-innings comeback, and made a highlight-reel catch to secure an out. The profile suggests a player whose game leans on range, composure, and opportunistic production—useful for a team that wants a steady, competitive outfielder who can help win close games.
