SJSU's Versatile 6'5" Lineman-Turned-Edge with Academic Edge
Nathan Lewis, a 6'5" Right Edge defender for San Jose State, showcases positional versatility—shifting from tight end to DE—while logging 6 tackles and a fumble recovery in 13 games during the 2024 season, plus 3 tackles on special teams in all 12 games of 2025. His academic honors (All-Mountain West 2023-25) highlight discipline and intangibles like work ethic, making him a high-upside, coachable fit for teams needing developmental depth on the D-line or special teams; not a stat monster yet, but his size, recovery skills, and multi-tool adaptability scream NFL practice squad potential.
