Iowa’s comeback-hardened OL pushing for a starting role
Michael Myslinski enters the 2026 season as a sixth-year Iowa Hawkeye after a long injury-plagued path, and that resilience is part of his value: he’s healthy, battle-tested, and still in the mix at center or guard. In 2025, he appeared in eight games and helped Iowa’s offense produce big yardage outputs, including 435 total yards vs. UMass and 213 rushing yards at Nebraska. His differentiators are versatility, toughness, and loyalty to the program; the upside is a dependable interior lineman who has clearly earned the staff’s trust.
