Blake Moore brings high-upside lefty value and proven strikeout production to William & Mary
Moore is a competitive left-handed pitcher whose profile points to real bullpen upside: William & Mary lists him as the 2025 High-Desert League MVP with 600 career varsity strikeouts and a strong 4.3 GPA, while scouting notes describe a low three-quarter arm slot, deception, and intent on the fastball. Those traits suggest he can miss bats and give hitters an uncomfortable look, which makes him interesting for teams that value strike-throwing competitiveness, pitchability, and margin for future development.
