Depth DL with Power-Frame Upside at Coastal Carolina
Watson is a **6-foot-3, 280-pound** defensive lineman from Charleston who has shown early rotational value at Coastal Carolina, appearing in games in 2023 and logging **three tackles** as a redshirt freshman. He stands out more for his frame and developmental upside than headline stats: a big interior body, in-state pedigree, and a recruiting profile that once had him ranked among South Carolina’s better defensive linemen. For a team, he looks like a **toolsy depth piece** with room to grow into a stronger run-stopping interior presence if his snap count and consistency keep climbing.
