Morgan State’s DB with a defensive-back pedigree and little public stat noise
Eric Valentine is listed as a defensive back for Morgan State, but publicly available stat tracking is thin, so the clearest read is profile-based rather than production-heavy. He appears to fit the classic DB mold: a coverage-first player whose value is likely in discipline, route recognition, and reliability rather than flashy box-score numbers. Because current, season-specific stats and scouting notes are limited in the available sources, he reads more like a fit for a staff that values steady, assignment-sound secondary play than a headline-grabbing ballhawk.
