ETSU’s Cameron Lauretta brings two-way value and poise in the circle
Cameron Lauretta has developed into a useful two-way piece for East Tennessee State, working primarily as a pitcher while also giving the Bucs flexibility as a right-handed utility option. In the 2025 season, she went 2-1 with an 8.51 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 26.1 innings, and in the 2026 season she already showed she can handle high-leverage moments, earning a win in relief against Furman and delivering an RBI double in another game. Her fit is about versatility, toughness, and innings-eating utility more than flashy dominance.
