veteran Savannah State guard with a coach-first profile
Marlon Daniel is listed as a guard for Savannah State, and the available stat trail shows limited offensive usage in the 2016-17 season, so his value is less about box-score fireworks and more about guard depth, experience, and coachability. His bio notes he wanted a future in coaching, which fits a steady, team-oriented profile rather than a high-usage scorer. If you need a low-ego guard who understands structure and can bring leadership traits to a bench unit, he’s the kind of player worth a look.
