Gary Davis is a proven Lobo linebacker, but current 2026 production details are limited
Gary Davis has the kind of veteran linebacker profile New Mexico coaches usually love: physical, assignment-sound, and trusted in big-game moments. Publicly available recent info is thin, so the strongest evidence points to his established Lobo-era value rather than flashy stat-sheet dominance—he’s the type who helps stabilize a defense with toughness, experience, and reliability. If you want a high-motor linebacker who can fit a structured scheme and bring old-school edge, Davis looks like a solid fit; if you need a headline-grabbing stat monster, the available data doesn’t show that yet.
