a Lamar wing with proven scoring touch and veteran know-how
Whitney Coffey’s Lamar profile points to a versatile forward who can score efficiently, stretch the floor, and bring a steady veteran presence. In Lamar’s 2008-09 season, she appeared in 26 games and showed flashes of inside-out impact, including a 16-point, 6-rebound performance in one game and a season-high of 12 points in another. The bigger selling point is fit: she looks like the kind of player who helps a team with toughness, spacing, and low-drama reliability rather than flash—exactly the sort of glue piece coaches love.
