Jacob Roberts brings size, efficiency, and quiet upside to Austin Peay’s backcourt
In the 2022-23 season, Austin Peay guard Jacob Roberts flashed a compact, efficient game: he appeared in 7 games, logged 31 total minutes, and posted a season-high 21 minutes in a 3-point, 4-rebound outing at Stetson; as a freshman in 2021-22, he scored 7 points on 3-of-4 shooting in limited action. Listed at 6'4" and 210 pounds, he offers guard size and a physical frame, and his profile suggests a low-drama, team-first contributor with some intrigue as a developmental piece rather than a volume creator.
