Dominic DeLoreto brings size, left-handed versatility, and early-impact arm talent to Northwestern
In the 2026 season, Dominic DeLoreto is a first-year 6-foot-3 left-hander/outsider from Northwestern with two-way value and early flashes as a mound contributor, including a 2.61 ERA across 10 appearances and an effective relief look that drew praise for poise and velocity. He fits teams that value a physical, developmental arm who can also help in the outfield, and the early scouting vibe is that his ceiling is tied to strike-throwing growth and continued strength gains rather than flash alone. In short: intriguing upside, real flexibility, and a profile that could quietly become loud.
