Smart, versatile St. Thomas wing who stuffs the box score and raises the floor
In the 2025-26 season, Ben Oosterbaan emerged as a high-efficiency, all-around forward for St. Thomas, starting all 34 games and setting multiple top-10 Division I single-season program marks, including field-goal percentage, rebounds, steals, steals per game, assist-to-turnover ratio, and rebounds per game. He averaged 7.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.6 assists while giving the Tommies lineup flexibility, toughness, and low-drama production. He also delivered a career-high 23 points in the Summit League tournament, a nice sign of poise when the stakes got real.
