Reliable veteran long snapper with a team-first edge at UC Davis
John Aloma is a seasoned UC Davis long snapper whose value is built on consistency, experience, and trust rather than flashy box-score numbers. In the 2021 spring season, he appeared in all five games at long snapper, and UC Davis notes he has no traditional stats recorded, which is exactly what you want from a specialist doing the unglamorous work cleanly[1]. He also earned the Big Sky all-academic distinction, and the program highlighted him as the player who had long handled game-day tee duties for Pint the Aggie Wonder Dog—small detail, big teammate energy[1][3].
